This year was my first Mother's Day as a mom of 3 and my hubby was sure to it that the mother of his children had flowers to celebrate her special day, I think having kiddo #3 is making him a "softie". After church service I finished lunch off with a sweet, moist strawberry lemon cake - I had to have my dessert ya know!!
My duties as a mom can be challenging (as yours can too), Anthony is in sports and keeps me pretty busy,(and somehow needs to be picked up at tate's naptime, hmmm), then there's Mariah, she is my special girl with special needs, since she is not vocal, we play the "guessing game" and sometimes I am not such a good sport about it, then I have the little guy, Tate, who is 7 months old and is now crawling, teething, and won't take a pacifier. Each is different and I love them dearly.
My sisters embrace each season of motherhood because you will only get the experience once with that child. I dedicate this song "Find Your Wings"to my kiddos, it's every parents desire.

You are a great example of a patient, Godly mom. I never hear you truly complain about anything you go through. You just seem to take it as it comes and trust God to work out the details. I love that about you and I desire more of that in my life too. Thanks for being a sweet, faithful friend. Love you!
